The council did report on the final year of its 2021-2025 disability
plan, action by action, in the statutory pages of a 300-page annual report. The council
page that lists DIAP progress reports for residents does not link it, and stops at
December 2023.

optional scheme that lets renters move an existing bond to their next place through Rental
Bonds Online instead of finding a second one upfront. The government estimates it saves

Central Coast Council is compiling an “Accessible Venues”
brochure of entertainment and leisure places that offer genuinely accessible experiences,
so people with disability can plan ahead. Venue operators have until 27 July to apply.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinics at Lake Haven, Umina Beach and Erina Fair, all walk-in
and bulk billed, plus the free kids’ mental health hub at Tuggerah.
Construction is well advanced on the fee-free preschool at
Tuggerawong Public School, room for up to 40 children a day, one of two on the Coast
under the NSW Government’s $769 million, 100-preschool program.
Frost Reserve’s 200 square metres of ageing concrete
becomes a 750 square metre park designed by local riders in last year’s
workshops, with a covered spectator area. Fully council-funded, targeted for
October 2026.
